Technical Director, Principal Investigator, Chief Engineer and Corporate
Technology Area Director on multiple flight and R&D programs


Corporate Technology Area Director
Review and evaluate all Raytheon EOIR technology for competition, gaps and strengths including focal planes, sensor processing, LIDAR sensors, laser weapons systems, test capabilities, machine learning and hypersonic, small satellite and electronic 3D stacking. Develop new material, electronics and algorithm technology and file Intellectual property.


Chief Engineer
IR digital focal plane development, qualification, and payload integration.
Subject matter expert for electo-optical counter measures on focal planes for various product lines and programs.


Technical Director
Technical oversight of program. Specification, Analysis, test and integration for MTF, Blooming, Linearity, Alignment, Spurious response, focused spot, crosstalk, NEI, Responsively, Spectral Test, Qualification, Radiation, EMC, Calibration, Streaking and Banding.

All aspects of systems engineering and test across all program phases from proposal through delivery for Landsat 7 and MODIS NASA programs.
